Several times a year, I run Yoga and/or Art retreats, from our holiday home in Épernay, in the heart of Champagne in France.
Immerse yourself in the beautiful landscape of the Champagne region and let your creativity flow. No experience needed, classes are all optional and individually tailored to all levels. This is a real opportunity to take time out to recharge and try something completely new, or bring your yoga and/or artistic skills to a deeper level.
A fun retreat to enjoy with friends or to have some quality ‘me’ time. Classes take place in various locations around the Champagne region and its vineyards and also back in the studio.

Monday 2nd
- Travelling day

Tuesday 3rd

- 11:30 Visit to Moët et Chandon cellars and Champagne tasting
13:00 Lunch at a local restaurant
- 14:30 Visit to the birthplace and Abbey of Dom Perignon in Hautvillers

Wednesday 4th
- 08:30 Morning yoga sequence (optional) / 09:30 Morning yoga sequence (optional)
- 10:30 Continental buffet breakfast
- 11:30 Fun art session (optional) / A trip in a tethered hot air balloon above Épernay (optional) / A fun historic train ride around Épernay town (optional)
13:00 Lunch at a local restaurant
- 14:30 Visit to the Cathedral in Reims (optional)

Thursday 5th
- 08:30 Morning yoga sequence (optional) / 09:30 Morning yoga sequence (optional)

13:00 Lunch at a local restaurant
- 15:30 Tour of the vines and a visit to the Royal Champagne hotel for refreshments and a spectacular view of the vines (optional) / Stroll down Avenue de Champagne, enjoy it's many Champagne bars, terraces & gift shops (optional)

- 18:30 Pre-dinner complimentary Champagne aperitif
- 19:00 Dinner at a local restaurant
Friday 6th
- 08:30 Morning yoga sequence (optional) / 09:30 Morning yoga sequence (optional)

- 12:00 Check out and travel home refreshed and revived
