All classes and retreats are subject to the following terms and conditions:
For yoga classes, please remember, it is very important and your responsibility to listen to your own body when performing any of the yoga poses, so if something doesn’t feel right, or you feel any pain or discomfort, please come out of the pose straight away, and take a little pause in a comfortable position (e.g. child’s pose or sitting comfortably), and when you feel rested and comfortable you are welcome to re-join the sequence.
N.B. If you suffer from any high/low blood pressure, or cardiac irregularities, you must consult your doctor and have their clearance prior to participating in any classes. It is your responsibility to declare any health issues that may be adversely affected by participating in any classes.
By registering for a class, block of classes or retreat, you confirm you are in good health and physically able to participate in any classes, without any restrictions or against medical advice from your doctor or other healthcare expert. You confirm that you release Paula Grant Mac Mahon (or any colleague or contractor working on behalf of Paula Grant Mac Mahon) from all liability, personal injury, illness, loss of finances or damage to property incurred.
